1 Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to noyabaji. By using this website and all related services ("Platform"), you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

noyabaji reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published. Continued use of the Platform will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use noyabaji services:

• You must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Your account password and login details must be kept strictly confidential and must not be shared with any third party.
• You are solely responsible for any activity carried out on your account without your authorisation.

noyabaji reserves the right to verify any account, suspend approval or reject it. Government-issued ID, bank statements or other documents may be requested for identity verification (KYC).

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on noyabaji:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳300 (three hundred taka) per method.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Withdrawal Time: Generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted Payment Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

It is recommended that the method used to deposit funds matches the method used to withdraw. If fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected, noyabaji may suspend or cancel a withdrawal request.

4 Welcome Bonus and Promotional Offers

noyabaji offers a welcome bonus for new members. The following conditions apply to the use of bonuses:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering Requirement: After receiving the bonus, you must complete 15x wagering to become eligible for withdrawal.
• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same person, household, IP address or device is prohibited.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules regarding betting and gaming on the noyabaji platform must be strictly followed:

• Each game has its own rules. It is your responsibility to read those rules carefully before starting a game.
• If your internet connection is lost during an active bet, the result recorded by the system will be considered final.
• If an incorrect amount is displayed due to a technical error, noyabaji reserves the right to correct that discrepancy.
• Any form of manipulation, software hacking or use of automated tools is strictly prohibited.
• For cricket and other sports betting, bets will be settled according to the terms set before the match begins.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances.

6 VIP Program and Rewards

noyabaji's VIP program has three tiers. Regular players can be automatically promoted to a higher tier:

• Bronze Tier: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 0.5%.
• Silver Tier: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.0%.
• Gold Tier: Weekly cashback up to a maximum of 1.5%.

The schedule and amount of VIP rewards are determined by noyabaji and are subject to change. Specific wagering conditions may need to be met to cash out cashback.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the noyabaji platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or providing them with access.
• Using the platform for money laundering, tax evasion or any other financial crime.
• Gaining unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems, or attempting to hack them.
• Operating games using bots, scripts or any other automated method.
• Engaging in collusion or group manipulation with other users.
• Falsely identifying yourself as an employee or representative of the platform.
• Contacting the customer service team using offensive, threatening or obscene language.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

noyabaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If documents requested for identity verification (KYC) are not provided in a timely manner.
• If fraudulent activity on the account is suspected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period.
• In accordance with a court order or directive from a legal authority.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting customer service.

9 Responsible Gaming

noyabaji firmly believes in responsible gaming. We are mindful of the mental and financial wellbeing of our users.

• Users can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.

10 Intellectual Property and Content

All content displayed on the noyabaji platform — logos, graphics, software, text, images and audiovisual materials — is protected under registered intellectual property law.

• Automatically scraping or downloading any part of the platform is prohibited.
• Content from game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft) is protected under their own respective licences.

12 Limitation of Liability

• Service disruption during scheduled platform maintenance or technical upgrades.

13 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the use of the platform must first be addressed through the following process:

• noyabaji will provide an initial response within 7 (seven) business days from the date the complaint is submitted.
• If the matter is complex, additional time may be needed for investigation and the user will be informed.
• In the case of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, server logs will be considered the final evidence.

If a resolution cannot be reached by mutual agreement between both parties, an attempt will be made to settle the dispute through mediation.

14 Applicable Law and Amendments

These terms and conditions supersede all previous oral or written agreements from the date they come into effect. noyabaji may amend these terms at any time.

Amended terms will take effect from the moment they are published on the platform. Users may be notified of changes via their registered email, but it is the user's responsibility to review this page regularly.

If any single provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions will continue to be fully in force.
